This is day one of my Weight Loss Challenge - so far so good! I doubt I will still have the same determination by the end of 7 weeks, but as this is for an amazing cause, I've got to keep it up for them!!
It took me nearly 4 hours to do a 1 hours workout on my Wii - but I managed to hit 1hr 1min and burn off 215 cals - so was quite pleased with that, seeing as the last time I logged onto Wii Fit was back in Sept last year!!
Breakfast - Toast (white bread only because I forgot to buy brown!!) with 2 teaspoons of butter
Lunch - Scambled Egg (made with 2 eggs and skimmed milk)
Dinner - Weight Watchers Creamy Chicken & Mushroom Meal
Snacks - X2 Weight Watchers Chocolate Eclairs & 2 Cadury Roses (and I can still see the tin sat there calling me...but I will resist!)
My first day all wrapped up - lets see what tomorrow brings :)
Remember, you can sponsor me on my facebook page event: http://www.facebook.com/events/349346608413360/ - all money raised is being donated to www.popngrow.co.uk - don't forget to check them out and see what an amazing cause they are xxx
Follow along on my 7 week weight loss challenge! You'll get the ins-and-outs of my daily diet, my exercise regime and any other tid-bits from the days events!
The reason behind the madness...
I want to tell you why I'm doing this - simply because I stumbled across a page on facebook and I immediately recognised the same drive and determination I saw in the pages owners, Paula Smith & Alison Wright.
And that page I hear you ask - why not check it out for yourself: www.facebook.com/pop.n.grow
Someone who could set all this up just a few weeks after giving birth simply says that they mean business and is someone who is going to MAKE this work!
The more I've got to know Paula, the more I realise what an amazing person she is, and I've found myself being drawn into helping out where I could...and before I know it, Paula has made me co-admin on their facebook page and allowing me to have an input on getting the campaign to where she wants it to be - A fully fledged Recognised Charity...
