So, 24 hours in and I realised I should have posted some details yesterday about starting weight, target weight etc - so this is now as follows.
Weigh in was at 18:10 on 10th Jan
Starting Weight - 11st 12lbs
Target Weight Loss - 14lbs
Target Date - 21st February 2012
Goal Weight - 10st 12lbs
Simply, this should equate to losing just 2lb a week - easily manageable according to the weight watchers diet (which is the one I am following for this quest!)
Follow along on my 7 week weight loss challenge! You'll get the ins-and-outs of my daily diet, my exercise regime and any other tid-bits from the days events!
The reason behind the madness...
I want to tell you why I'm doing this - simply because I stumbled across a page on facebook and I immediately recognised the same drive and determination I saw in the pages owners, Paula Smith & Alison Wright.
And that page I hear you ask - why not check it out for yourself: www.facebook.com/pop.n.grow
Someone who could set all this up just a few weeks after giving birth simply says that they mean business and is someone who is going to MAKE this work!
The more I've got to know Paula, the more I realise what an amazing person she is, and I've found myself being drawn into helping out where I could...and before I know it, Paula has made me co-admin on their facebook page and allowing me to have an input on getting the campaign to where she wants it to be - A fully fledged Recognised Charity...
